Requirements and responsibilities


In this role, you'll help run a mission-driven startup that helps students land jobs at companies like Microsoft and Deloitte, while getting mentored, promoted on merit, and growing fast. What’s in it for you: Autonomy - You are given full autonomy/decision rights to propose & implement ideas. Growth - Get directly mentored by PathPeer’s founder. Gain promotions based on merit, not years of experience. Impact - Wake up every day knowing you are changing students’ lives. Your responsibilities: Managing daily LinkedIn outreach - 1500 messages per week Publishing LinkedIn posts daily (template-driven) - 7 posts per week Tracking and following up with workshop attendees Client onboarding and supporting them using AI tools (30 mins daily) Handling a range of business and personal admin tasks Editing videos using Riverside.fm Coordinating outreach to potential workshop partners Regularly provide suggestions on how to improve processes and save time Outcome-wise, you’ll be responsible for driving 40+ signups to our workshop every week. What you bring to the table: Strong written English and communication skills. Tech-savvy. You’re comfortable picking up new tools quickly and figuring things out. Sharp attention to detail and organization skills Basic video editing ability with an eye for quality. Able to write and maintain clear SOPs. Prior experience as an operations coordinator, VA, EA, social media manager, or in a sales/support role is preferred If you don’t have everything on this list, that’s okay.
