Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: - Source, identify, and engage high-quality software engineers from LATAM and other regions. - Leverage your existing network and recruiting channels to quickly build a strong candidate pipeline. - Screen candidates for: - Technical background. - Communication skills (strong emphasis on fluent English). - Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. - Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role. - Strong and active network of software engineers in Latin America. - Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). - Ability to assess candidates’ communication and professionalism. - Experience hiring for backend, frontend, or full-stack roles.
