About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Accountant / Administrator to support our team with a wide range of administrative, accounting, and project coordination tasks. In this role, you will manage multiple client inboxes, handle calendar scheduling, support financial reporting, and serve as a key liaison between our internal team and external partners. You will also take ownership of creating trackers, reports, and SOPs to keep operations running smoothly.Core Tasks:Monitor multiple inboxes to triage and respond to client questions and concernsBuild lists of qualified podcast targets for outreach and schedulingManage trackers and create ad-hoc reportingPerform ad hoc payment, invoice management, file management, etcManage a calendar including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangementsServe as a contact between employees, clients, and external partnersPrepare/ edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other docsCoordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow ups / action itemsPerform other ad-hoc tasks with limited instruction as neededAssist with project management tasks (track deadlines/ coordinate to ensure success)Assist with personal tasks as neededCreate SOPs as neededMust-Haves:3+ years experience in a Chief of Staff or accounting positionHands on experience in an accounting role, preferably related to real estateExceptional verbal and written English communication skills2+ years experience with project management-related tasks and toolsIntermediate - advanced skills with Excel / Sheets for ad hoc and ongoing reportingStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritizeBackground with Notion and Monday.com for project management (or similar tools)Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for internal team coordination / communicationAbility to work ESTNice-to-Haves:Education and experience working as a lawyer / holder of a JDExperience working in the real estate industry
