Requirements and responsibilities

The JobWe are not hiring for a trip, an experience, or a “cool golf gig.”This is a physically demanding, operational role inside a national events tour. You will help execute multiple events per week in new cities, often under tight windows and unpredictable conditions.We are looking for people who:Think clearly and professionally when tired or under pressureTake action before being askedMaintain standards when things get chaoticTake pride in executionThis role requires long days, early mornings, physical work, and extended time on the road. You will be expected to perform consistently regardless of weather, travel fatigue, or stress.If you want comfort or flexibility, this is not the role for you.The road team does try to fit in awesome golf experiences in our off time - but only when all our admin and setup is complete.
