Virtual Assistant – Brand Deal Applications (Wovvo.ai). Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time (20–40 hrs/week). 20four7VA is looking for detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support creators and entrepreneurs in securing brand deals using the Wovvo.ai platform. The VA will review brand opportunities, apply on behalf of clients, and maintain structured tracking of all application activity and outcomes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent reading comprehension, and the ability to consistently execute high-volume application tasks to help creators secure paid opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Review and identify relevant brand deal opportunities on Wovvo.ai. - Submit applications on behalf of clients while ensuring alignment with campaign requirements. - Customize short outreach or application messages using approved templates. - Maintain consistent application volume to maximize deal flow and response rates. - Track all submitted applications, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes. - Maintain clear daily and weekly activity logs for transparency. - Flag high-fit or time-sensitive opportunities to the client or team. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs, campaign requirements, and deliverables. - Communicate with the team through Slack and follow reporting instructions. - Participate in onboarding training and implement feedback. Required Skills: - Strong written English and professional communication skills. - High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. - Comfortable working with web platforms and following structured processes. - Ability to quickly learn UGC creator terminology and brand deal concepts. - Proficiency in spreadsheets for tracking and reporting. - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet activity KPIs consistently. Tools: - Wovvo.ai (training provided). - Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). - Slack. - Notion (preferred). - Basic email and outreach tools. Work Schedule: - 20 or 40 hours per week. - Monday – Friday. - Working hours to be arranged.
