Key responsibilities include managing onboarding workflows and timely account/access provisioning, troubleshooting identity, access, and endpoint-related issues, collaborating with HR, IAM, Service Desk, and global IT teams, maintaining documentation and runbooks, driving automation, ensuring least-privilege access, monitoring onboarding metrics, driving continuous improvements, and supporting audit readiness.
