EcoVadis offers development and career advancement opportunities for sales team members.Our Customer Growth team is in charge of growing revenue and preventing churn with our existing customer base. The Customer Growth organization is a global team part of the global Sales team.The Account Executive - Customer Growth is responsible for securing and growing revenue through the timely renewal of contracts in their assigned territory. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every contract and generate incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell. The focus will be maximizing revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition across the portfolio, securing the most favourable contract terms, identifying additional product growth opportunities.Responsibilities :Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition, secure favourable contract terms and identify incremental sales revenue whilst increasing customer trust.Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies.Partner with Customer Success, Partner teams and Marketing to fully understand and develop a clear growth strategy for your territory.Maintain an accurate forecast of incremental revenue in your territory, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies to drive timely closure of contracts.Work with manager and other internal partners to deliver continuous improvements to the sales motion and internal processes.QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience selling or serving SaaS or enterprise solutions to F1000 companiesProven success record achieving goals/targets/KPI's in Sales or Account Management.Able to develop and execute full cycle sales processes involving multiple stake-holders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision makersProven ability to engage, build and manage C-level and Executive relationshipsExperience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, Supply Chain personas.Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiationsAbility to collaborate with cross functional teams and an international team environmentHighly proficient in the use of Saleforce.com, experience with Sales Navigator and Salesloft a plusExceptional presentation and communication skillsFluent in English and additional language would be an assetAdditional InformationStart date: ASAPFull-time position (After probation period)Location: Toronto, New York (NY), or Remote (within the US and Canada)Hybrid roleSalary Range: 180K - 200K OTEIn return for your expertise and energy, we offer:Support with all the necessary office and IT equipmentFlexible working hoursWellness allowance for mental and physical wellbeingAccess to professional mental health supportReferral bonus policyLearning and developmentSustainability events and community involvementPeer recognition programEmployee-led resource groupsGreat 401K matching programMedical coverage benefits for you and your dependents including health, vision and dentalMonthly Allowance for electricity and InternetHybrid work organization (from the office or from home)Don't fit all the criteria but still think you’d be a good candidate?
