For more information, visit www.blend360.com Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Manager Data Scientist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of model scoring, dashboard development, and business reporting. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams and external vendors to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of analytics processes that power key decision-making.You’ll be responsible for maintaining model documentation, supporting and eventually leading scoring and refresh meetings, optimizing pipelines and dashboards, and performing ad hoc analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Excel with excellent communication, organization, and a mindset for continuous improvement.Qualifications6+ years in data science or analyticsProficiency in Python, SQL, and dashboard toolsStrong attention to detail and data validationExperience managing recurring processes and reportingClear communicator with cross-functional teamsComfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExperience mentoring junior analysts or data scientists (a plus)
