What Will You Do
Take full ownership of the Filipina Visa business unit’s operational execution. You will act as the Integrator to the CEO’s Visionary role, translating strategic goals into daily, weekly, and quarterly results. Your primary mandate is to solve operational challenges in service delivery, transforming it into an efficient, productive, and profitable engine.

The Role
We are seeking an operational leader who excels at turning vision into execution. As a strategic partner to the CEO, you will take full ownership of a business unit, including its P&L, people, and processes.
There are two distinct missions available. One focuses primarily on growth, while the other focuses on process stabilization and optimization. Both require a data-driven leader who thrives on accountability and can lead through phases of stability, optimization, and expansion.
What You’ll Do
You will be the executive accountable for the day-to-day performance of an entire business unit.
Opportunity 1: Growth-First COO, Dating Business
* Take full P&L and growth ownership of the dating platform.
* Redesign and scale the marketing strategy to drive growth.
* Establish partnerships with major marketing partners, affiliates, and influencers to generate new leads.
* Build, hire, and manage an India-based sales organization, including leadership and agents, aligned with revenue goals.
* Re-engineer the sales process to be scalable, efficient, and effective.
Opportunity 2: Process-First COO, Visa Business
* Take full P&L and operational ownership of the visa services unit.
* Stabilize and optimize a complex, high-touch service delivery operation.
* Own the full client journey from payment to completion.
* Master and optimize an existing system of more than 300 procedures, identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven improvements.
* Lead and manage a large established team of more than 60 people, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to process.
* Serve as the primary analytical leader, using data to validate processes and drive profitability.
