Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: Record and finalize completed jobs and ensure accurate financial tracking. Transfer and record payment data into QuickBooks. Reconcile Stripe transactions with QuickBooks and internal records. Assist with invoice tracking, payment verification, and financial reporting updates. Contact clients regarding invoices, outstanding balances, and billing questions. Support client onboarding processes including payment setup and billing explanations. Communicate with clients regarding charges, adjustments, and payment confirmations. Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and tracking systems. Support administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration. Strong experience working with QuickBooks and payment platforms such as Stripe. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information. Professional and confident phone and written communication skills. Experience working with invoices, reconciliations, and payment tracking. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Previous remote work experience preferred. Nice to Have: Experience supporting service-based businesses. Experience assisting with client onboarding or customer billing support. Familiarity with CRM systems or job tracking platforms.
