Job Description
This is a remote position.
Location: Remote - Latin America
Schedule: US business hours
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager based in Latin America to lead and develop our outbound SDR team.
Every Ignitvio SDR works on a US client account, and a meeting counts only when it meets that client’s qualification criteria. As Sales Manager, you will own that standard across the team.
You’ll hire, onboard SDRs, train them on client accounts, listen to calls, coach openers and objection handling, review meeting quality, track performance, and identify what needs to change when a rep or account is missing its targets.
This is a hands-on coaching role. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong cold call, diagnose what is going wrong in a conversation, and coach an SDR toward measurable improvement — not simply manage activity reports.
What You’ll Do
Hire, onboard, train, and coach SDRs across multiple US client accounts
Run structured training for new SDRs, including talk tracks, client value propositions, objections, qualification criteria, and live mock calls
Listen to calls regularly and coach openers, discovery, objection handling, qualification, and appointment setting
Review booked meetings against each client’s qualification criteria before they reach the client
Own SDR activity, qualified-meeting, show-rate, and performance targets across the team
Identify patterns behind missed targets and build clear coaching plans to address them
Run regular performance reviews and provide direct, actionable feedback
Run client syncs with SDRs and handle escalations related to meeting quality or performance
Track and report meeting volume, show rate, pipeline, and SDR performance by account
Work with the founder to continuously improve sales processes, talk tracks, and training
Build and document playbooks as Ignitvio adds new clients and industries
Identify high-performing SDRs with leadership potential and help prepare them for progression
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing an outbound SDR, appointment-setting, or cold-calling team
Experience managing sales teams selling into the US market
Demonstrated track record of coaching underperforming reps toward measurable improvement
Strong personal cold-calling and objection-handling skills — you should be able to demonstrate the call, not just explain the theory
Strong understanding of SDR metrics, including activity, conversations, qualified meetings, conversion rates, show rates, and quota attainment
Experience reviewing calls and giving specific, actionable coaching
Comfortable holding a high quality standard with both SDRs and clients, including rejecting meetings that do not meet qualification criteria
Able to balance performance expectations with effective people management
Comfortable using CRM and sales-performance data to identify problems and make decisions
Fluent spoken and written English
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Self-directed and comfortable leading a fully remote team
Available during US business hours
Quiet, professional environment for calls and coaching sessions
Reliable high-speed internet
Good-quality headset
Reliable backup power/internet solution
Benefits
What You Get
$3,000–$4,000 USD/month base salary
Performance bonus tied to team and account results
Direct training from the founder — a 7x President’s Club performer in enterprise software sales and former Oracle Sales Manager
Ownership of SDR performance and coaching as the company scales
Opportunity to build and improve the sales-management processes as new accounts and SDRs are added
Opportunity to develop future team leads and grow with the sales organization
Fully remote work
