Integrity Global Logistics (IGL) is looking for an experienced Freight Broker Agent who is ready to build and grow their own book of business while receiving the operational support needed to succeed.At IGL, you focus on building customer relationships and growing your business—we handle the back-office operations, compliance, carrier management, and technology so you can concentrate on selling.What You'll Do:Prospect and develop shipper relationships in specialized freight marketsNegotiate and manage carrier partnershipsMaintain compliance and documentation standardsAchieve performance and gross margin goalsComplete IGL onboarding and training before going liveWe're Looking For:1–5 years of freight brokerage or dispatch experienceExisting book of business or a proven plan to build oneStrong negotiation and communication skillsSelf-motivated professional comfortable working remotely with modern AI-powered logistics toolsWhat We Provide:AI-Integrated Transportation Management System (TMS)Carrier vetting & compliance supportSame-day factoring partnership through RTSOngoing onboarding & professional developmentAccess to supplier-diversity opportunities and government freight marketsSchedule: Monday–Friday (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST required, with flexibility as needed)💼 Position: 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only)
