We are looking for an experienced Certified Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Data Engineering and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Data Analysts while driving Agile best practices, sprint execution, and Jira-based metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.Maintain a minimum of 4 hours overlap with US business hours.Remove project impediments and ensure timely sprint delivery.Track project milestones and delivery timelines.Configure and maintain Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting.Develop Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, Lead Time, and Predictability.Coach Data Engineering teams on Agile best practices.Coordinate data delivery involving ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Modeling, and BI platforms.Required Skills10+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach.Strong experience supporting Data Engineering and Analytics teams.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise data platforms.Expert in Jira, Confluence, JQL, dashboards, and workflow customization.Good understanding of cloud data warehouses and data governance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Certifications like CSM, A-CSM, PSM II/III, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
