We're looking for proactive L2 / L3 Support Engineers to keep business-critical applications — across trading and risk systems — running reliably in production.What you'll bring:Hands-on L2 / L3 Application Support experienceStrong Linux environment skillsObject-oriented programming experience — JavaWorking knowledge of Spring Boot & Microservices architectureGood understanding of databases / SQLProficient in coding, scripting & debuggingHands-on with ServiceNow & ticketing tools (incident / problem / change management)Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve production issues end-to-endRoot Cause Analysis, incident & problem managementExperience building runbooks, diagnostics & automation to reduce MTTRFamiliarity with SRE practices — reliability, observability, monitoringStrong communication & stakeholder management skillsNice to have:Experience supporting trading / FICC environments (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities)Tooling exposure — JIRA, GitLab, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, PagerDutyBackground in investment banking or finance domain
