We are not just observing the future of hospitality; we are actively shaping it through breakthroughs in machine learning and technology that revolutionize hotel operations and performance.We are seeking a Customer Success Leader who understands that the service we provide to our hoteliers must align with the exceptional service they deliver to their guests daily.What we are looking for:💛 Deep Hospitality Experience: You have firsthand experience in hotel/resort operations or revenue management and understand the business impact of our support. Experience with mid-market and global brands, multi-property, franchised brands, and management companies is preferred.🛠️ Strong Process Leadership: You prioritize the customer experience above all, empowering your team to use AI to eliminate administrative friction, and focus on personalized, meaningful interactions.🤖 Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable leveraging AI and tools to free up your team to engage directly with customers at all levels, providing strategic guidance and advocacy.📢 Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role, with Portuguese as a strong plus.
