Shine Early Learning is looking for a strategic, hands-on RevOps leader to help drive growth and build the systems behind our Sales & Marketing engine.This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, helping build scalable systems and data-driven processes that support mission-aligned growth nationwide.We’re looking for someone who has5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related B2B experienceHands-on HubSpot admin experience (pipelines, workflows, reporting, lifecycle management)Experience building marketing playbooks & sales enablement resourcesStrong forecasting, dashboarding, and pipeline analytics skillsAbility to partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teamsStrong communication & analytical skills in fast-paced environmentsBachelor’s Degree requiredBonus if you’ve worked in education, early childhood education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations📍 Remote (10% travel)📅 Summer 2026 start💰 $105K–$120K + comprehensive benefits
