Our clients include leading infrastructure funds, pension funds, contractors, and governments.Agentis Capital Advisors is a business segment of Agentis Capital Partners, which operates a synergistic platform across four main business segments: Agentis Capital Partners (principal investments), Agentis Capital Advisors (financial advisory and asset management services), Agentis Capital Mining Partners (mining advisory), and Agentis Capital Markets (capital markets).The OpportunityAs Vice President, Co-Investment Advisory, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners seeking to deploy capital into co-investment opportunities, in a combination of infrastructure, debt, and other private-market assets.You will be responsible for sourcing, developing and managing relationships with limited and general partners across Canada, the United States and globally.You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of this business segment, seizing opportunities to expand into new geographies, verticals, and service offerings.Your role will includeIdentifying, developing and managing relationships with limited and general partners active in infrastructure, and other co-investmentsIdentifying, originating and pitching co-investment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners and family officesPitching co-investment opportunities originated by other members of the team to limited partner and family office relationshipsPreparing and presenting investment recommendations to client investment committeesSetting the strategic direction and implementing the strategic plan for the co-investment business unitDirecting the due diligence efforts of the team, including commercial, legal, tax, and financialLiaising with the broader team for cross-group opportunitiesYour Skills and ExperienceMinimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investingAbility to develop and build strong client relationshipsStrong communication and presentation skills, able to concisely communicate complex conceptsDemonstrated leadership experience through past professional rolesEstablished client relationships and network with limited partners, general partners and family offices is an assetAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPosition TypePermanent Full-TimeDesired start date: Immediately
