📌 Spanish Bilingual Client Success Manager
📍 Location: Remote

What you'll do:
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey
✅ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service-related requests
✅ Understand client needs and provide timely solutions while ensuring high-quality customer service
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, follow up on requests, and ensure client satisfaction
✅ Conduct regular client check-ins, provide updates, and identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience
What we're looking for:
✅ 2–5+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related role
✅ Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
✅ Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience handling international clients or customers is a strong plus
✅ Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts or requests
✅ Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams across different time zones
