Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support front-desk operations for an eye care practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in optometry or ophthalmology, strong patient communication skills, and experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist patients in English and Spanish. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and no-shows. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
