Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter (US Healthcare Staffing) Location: Remote – India Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST) Experience: 4+ Years in US Healthcare Recruitment About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting healthcare professionals across the United States, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and consistently delivering quality candidates for contract, travel, per diem, and permanent staffing requirements. The successful candidate should be highly skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, relationship management, and working in a fast-paced staffing environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US healthcare positions. • Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through various job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking. • Recruit for positions including: o Registered Nurses (RN) o Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) o Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) o Allied Healthcare Professionals o Therapy Professionals o Imaging Professionals o Laboratory Professionals • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals. • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, availability, certifications, and employment preferences. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or clients. • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. • Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams to facilitate successful placements. • Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs and hiring targets. • Stay updated on healthcare staffing trends, market conditions, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment. • Proven experience recruiting Travel Nurses, Per Diem Nurses, Allied Health, or other healthcare professionals. • Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing industry. • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Excellent candidate sourcing and Boolean search skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable working US business hours. Preferred Skills • Experience recruiting for MSP/VMS clients. • Knowledge of credentialing and compliance requirements. • Experience using job boards such as Vivian, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple open positions simultaneously.
