Responsibilities

Work Setup: - 100% Remote. Work Schedule: - Full-Time (Starting at 7:00 AM California Time). - Paid training provided. Minimum Qualifications: - Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written). - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - Reliable high-speed internet connection. - Quiet and professional home workspace suitable for remote work. - Positive attitude with strong customer service skills. - Available to work full-time, starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (California). - Able to complete paid training and transition into a full-time remote role. Selection Process: - Resume screening. - Client resume review. - English language assessment. - Mandarin language assessment. - Final selection. - The language assessments are designed to evaluate your fluency and communication skills. - There are no right or wrong answers.
