This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role focused on shipping fast and building reliable AI systems—not demos.You’ll work across the full AI stack, from prompt and agent design to retrieval systems, evals, and integrations, contributing to TaskRay’s MCP-based AI platform.What You’ll DoBuild AI agents (PM Agent, Execution Agent, External Onboarding Agent)Design prompts, agent loops, and tool integrations for real-world reliabilityDevelop retrieval pipelines and evaluation systemsContribute to MCP server and platform infrastructureBuild integrations with tools like Google Drive, calendars, CRM systemsCreate observability, evals, and monitoring for AI systemsWork with customers to design and refine real agent workflowsShip production features quickly with high qualityRequirementsProven experience shipping LLM-based features to productionStrong Python skills with real system deployment experienceExperience with retrieval pipelines, agent loops, and tool usageExperience integrating APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similarUnderstanding of evals, prompt iteration, latency, and cost optimizationStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with MCP or agent orchestration frameworksFamiliarity with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)Interest in Salesforce ecosystem (no prior experience required)Experience working with customers in technical contexts💰 Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $163,000 – $228,000/year + bonusMedical, dental, visionFlexible PTO + every other Friday off12–16 weeks paid family leave401(k) matchingLife insurance + Employee Assistance Program
