ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in the United Kingdom, Poland, or Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).ABOUT CLIENT Our client is one of the leading British renewable energy companies specializing in zero-carbon power generation. They own and operate several power plants, focusing on sustainable biomass production, renewable electricity generation, and distribution to businesses. The company manages a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets, including biomass, hydroelectric, and pumped hydro storage facilities across the UK.REQUIREMENTS5-6 years of IT project management experience, including in large corporate environmentsProven track record of managing mid- to large-scale and fixed-price projectsStrong understanding of IT systems, project life cycles, and project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, etc.)Proficiency in ScrumExperience with SAFe methodology is a strong advantageFamiliarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management (EVM)Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholdersIndependent and proactive working styleExperience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder communication at different levelsPractical experience with GenAI is a strong advantageAdvanced EnglishRESPONSIBILITIESDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate toolsEffectively analyze and report on project statusMonitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investmentConfidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teamsDefine project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycleConduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projectsSet and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholdersIdentify and resolve conflicts within a project teamMotivate project resources and empower them to take accountability for their assigned tasksWHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKSClose cooperation with a customerChallenging tasksCompetence developmentTeam of professionalsDynamic environment with low level of bureaucracyABOUT ELEKSELEKS is a custom software development company.
