Responsibilities:As an ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer is required.Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer.Prior experience in working for Telecom clients.Governance and change control for enhancements.Interface with domain architects.Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner.Analyze requirements.Recommend solution options.Perform FSD reviews.Impact assessments.Coordinate development with scrum team.Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, workflows.Certified CSA or CAD or CIS.CTA and / or CMA a plus.Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.Contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.NOTE : Telecom exp neededTitle: ServiceNow ArchitectLocation: RemoteDuration: 12+ Months with possible of extensionVisa: USC/GC/H4/GC EADContract
