Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: - We are looking for a ServiceNow FSO Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Financial Services Operations (Banking/Insurance). - The role involves designing scalable solutions, implementing FSO capabilities, and leading engineering teams. Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow FSO applications using out-of-the-box data models and case management. - Work with Financial Services Data Model (accounts, products, transactions). - Build flows, subflows using Flow Designer / Process Automation Designer. - Implement Workspaces and guided workflows. - Design and manage API integrations (REST / IntegrationHub). - Ensure compliance, auditability, and secure design. - Lead and mentor ServiceNow engineers (scripting, performance, best practices). - Conduct code reviews and manage deployments (update sets/app repos). - Collaborate with product and architecture teams to define scope and timelines. Required Skills: - ServiceNow platform expertise (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer). - Strong experience in FSO (Banking / Insurance). - Integration design (REST APIs, IntegrationHub). - Experience with Workspaces, AWA, Performance Analytics. - Knowledge of UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes. Nice to Have: - Hands-on with FSO Core data model and ACLs. - Experience with Now Assist (GenAI). - Exposure to document management and omnichannel. Certifications: - ServiceNow CSA and CAD (mandatory). - FSO certification / bootcamp (preferred).
