Job Description A U.S.-based construction and home improvement company is hiring Spanish–English Bilingual Telemarketers to support outbound calling and lead generation efforts. This role involves contacting homeowners in both Spanish- and English-speaking markets, introducing construction and home improvement services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable switching between Spanish and English, and experienced in high-volume outbound calling. This role directly supports lead flow and sales opportunities for the business. • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in Spanish and English • Use provided call scripts to professionally introduce construction and home improvement services • Communicate clearly and confidently in both languages based on the homeowner • Qualify leads based on interest and basic criteria • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team • Maintain accurate call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups • Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets • Maintain professionalism, call quality, and compliance with calling guidelines Requirements • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer-facing roles preferred • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily • Experience with lead qualification and appointment setting preferred • Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, or call-tracking tools preferred • Ability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours • Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection • Strong verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English • Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment • Ability to work with performance-based KPIs and call metrics
