Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of Zip's AI platform for generative and agentic AI. Responsibilities include building agentic systems with real orchestration, task decomposition, and stateful multi-step workflows; architect AI platforms used across multiple teams; design for failure, compliance, and tradeoffs between deterministic and probabilistic systems; operate AI in high-stakes environments where trust, accuracy, and reliability matter. This is a greenfield role with ownership of Zip's AI platform from the ground up in fintech.
