Job Type: - Contractor. Openings: - 10 Positions. Compensation: - $40 - $65/hour. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expertise in retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and e-commerce strategy. - Develop and analyze demand forecasting models to optimize inventory performance. - Create and refine markdown planning and competitive pricing strategies. - Evaluate and improve omnichannel retail operations and customer experiences. - Collaborate with retail experts to support AI training and evaluation initiatives. - Review retail documentation and provide clear, actionable feedback. - Stay current on retail trends and best practices. Required Qualifications: - 5–10+ years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, or e-commerce leadership. - Strong expertise in demand forecasting, markdown planning, and pricing strategy. - Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience working collaboratively in remote environments. - Proficiency with digital collaboration and documentation tools.
