We are seeking a Product Owner, Product Market Solutions who will focus on monitoring, analyzing, and documenting market trends across specific assigned regions of the world.First Advantage is an HR Tech company delivering innovative solutions and insights that help clients manage risk and hire the best talent. In the Philippines, First Advantage operates as a major global delivery hub supporting clients across APAC and beyond.What you’ll doAct as an ambassador for the APAC products internally and externally, and as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the product.Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned APAC geographic jurisdictions, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities by collecting and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support product strategies.Support the Product organization on enhancements related to core markets.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with stakeholder needs.Partner with Product Marketing to create white papers and blog posts demonstrating product usage, success, and improvement opportunities across strategic products, verticals and/or jurisdictions.Formulate and maintain best practice recommendations by APAC jurisdiction.Share regional insights and learnings with global product teams to inform platform strategy and encourage cross-regional alignment.What you may need to be successfulBachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field.Minimum 2+ years of experience with the background screening industry (preferred).Minimum 2+ years in a business analyst or product role.Strong technical skills; can speak with and motivate the development team with ideas and thoughts.Ideally have been in a BA role for 5+ years before moving into a product owner role.Experience in building and presenting business cases & project plans.Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal in English).Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and First Advantage product solution tools including JIRA, Confluence, Optimizely, and others.Must be a team player and should be target oriented.Why First Advantage is your next big career moveFirst Advantage is undergoing a technology transformation and is looking for experts excited to work with advanced technologies and guide agile teams and clients through meaningful changes.Additional benefits offered to eligible people include:Ability to work remotely.Comprehensive HMO coverage for employees, with options to add dependents.Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), plus optional supplementary benefits.Competitive leave entitlements, including Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and paid Philippine holidays.Access to new tech and growth opportunities, and leaders who want to see you succeed!
