Company OverviewOcean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC (www.ocresg.com) is actively looking for strong real estate agents. The Ocean Capital Companies consist of Ocean Capital Lending, LLC, Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC, and Ocean Capital Financial Group, LLC.Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC is a 100% commission brokerage—you keep it all. There is only a $340 per transaction fee and $55 per transaction E&O charge (total of $395 per transaction) that can be charged to the buyer or seller at closing. On transactions over $1,000,000 sales price, commission is 90%.Brokerage provided leads. Agents receive a 70% payout on all leads minus the $340 per transaction fee and $55 per transaction E&O charge (=$395 total). Leads are only available to agents with a verifiable track record of production.Your RoleProvide excellent customer service by partnering with Ocean Capital Real Estate Services Group, LLC and responding effectively to calls and customer needs.Responsibilities / What you’ll doWork non-lead real estate transactions and support customer service goals.Use a CRM system or demonstrate willingness to learn and utilize it.Maintain a high response rate: agents on the virtual floor time program who cannot maintain a high response rate of 1 out of every 3 calls are replaced by another agent in the program.Successfully work from home/remotely, with access to corporate office resources, conference rooms, computers, and equipment.Use the tools and support provided by the brokerage (corporate email, 800 number with extension, website, CRM, and mortgage origination assistance if not licensed).QualificationsMust have a real estate sales or broker license.Desire to obtain an MLO license preferred, but not required.If there is no previous production, previous sales and customer service experience is required.Must know how to use a CRM system or be willing to learn and use one.Ability to successfully work from home/remotely.Location / Coverage AreaOcean Capital is looking to add agents all across Florida.Headquarters120 S Olive Ave Ste 311, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
