The candidate must be able to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and produce compelling prototypes for those same solutions. This role is critical to driving Screenverse's evolution into a technology-driven company while delivering value to our media owner and buyer partners.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day management of assigned DSP partner relationshipsSupport partner enablement and onboarding initiativesAssist with deal setup and campaign execution across platformsTroubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issuesMonitor performance and deliver reporting insightsIdentify and escalate risks, blockers, or discrepancies proactivelyAbility to proactively identify, pitch, and execute upsell opportunities while delivering strategic recommendations that drive value for key clientsWhat does Success Look Like?Partner satisfaction and retentionOn-time and accurate campaign executionSpeed and effectiveness of issue resolutionCampaign performance against KPIsTimely, clear reporting and insightsProactive identification of risks or blockersSuccessful partner onboarding and activationRevenue growth and upsell from existing partnersQualifications3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or mediaProven ability to manage partner relationships and campaign executionTrack record of meeting performance goals or driving revenue growthExperience working with DSPs, SSPs, or similar platformsStrong partner communication and relationship managementAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot issues quicklyData-driven thinking with ability to translate insights into actionAttention to detail in execution and reportingProficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and SlackExperience with DSPs/SSPs (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk, ect.)Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar)Understanding of programmatic workflows (deal setup, PMP/OE, targeting, pacing)SalarySalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications. We expect the base salary range for this role to be between: $100,000-$110,000 USD + $10,000 Bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in the role is dependent upon many factors, such as location, transferable, or job related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
