Requirements and responsibilities


• Lead successful social ads campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc by having hands-on campaign setup and optimizations for multiple markets • Manage the social ads budget and work together with the bigger Marketing teams such as Marketing Intelligence and Creative to create relevant and impactful campaigns. • Campaign execution in designated markets beyond social (ex. Google Ads) in order to become the referent of that country across more channels. • Hands-on planning on testing roadmaps, and implementation of these initiatives in social channel to drive growth in acquisition and retention (both consumer and drivers). • Looking for the latest trends in social ads and try to test and optimize publishers in the different markets for the mobile sector. • Search for individual solutions per market also for global solutions within social domain that fit all Free Now countries. • Build cooperation with big players in the social channels to negotiate better deals for all Free Now markets.
