Requirements and responsibilities


• In the first month, you'll: • Learn from our Developer Support Engineers and become an expert on RevenueCat SDKs and APIs • Understand the common questions and pain-points developers are facing • Build a sample app, and ship an update to our documentation • Work with Account Executives to help close deals • In the first three months, you'll: • Be the technical representation for RevenueCat on pre-sales calls • Get introduced to RevenueCat's largest and most strategic customers as their technical point-of-contact • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience to push public documentation and samples that help drive growth • In the first six months, you'll: • Provide feedback and guidance to help influence the product roadmap • Have on-boarded several high value customers from evaluation to post-launch alongside the sales team • Understand how purchases work across Apple, Google, Amazon, Stripe in nuanced detail and provide best practices and your recommendations to companies • Help onboard new team members across the developer experience team • Within a year, you'll: • Own the technical relationship with our largest prospects and customers • Work with our VP of Sales to define the sales strategy for 2022 and beyond • Act as a mentor or potential lead of the growing team
