Tambourine is a hotel marketing technology company seeking a paid performance specialist in SEM and social media advertising to join our media department in Bogota. This role will perform day-to-day account management, while driving direct revenue for domestic and international hospitality clients. Responsibilities: - Confident with, and expect to manage up to $150,000 in monthly SEM and Social Advertising spend. - Create new accounts and setup new campaigns on bidding platforms. - Create compelling ad copy. - Conduct daily checks on account/campaign KPIs, management of budget and pacing. - Perform ongoing bid strategy optimizations. - Work closely with other teams to develop strategy and tactical recommendations for holistic media plans. - Track and analyze performance data and provide key takeaways for monthly/quarterly reporting. - Participate in reporting call via video conference and client-facing meetings as the paid performance expert. - Receive training in job related development on new product, best practices, industry studies and pass certification tests. Requirements: - Must be based in Bogota (hybrid job) - 1+ Years of experience with Google Ads; Bing Paid Search. - Google Analytics certification. - Google Ads certification. - Self-driven, highly organized, multi-tasker. - Strong reporting communication skills. Not Required but huge Plus: - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1+ Years of agency experience Facebook Blueprint certified LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads. - MacBook savvy. - Knowledge of hotel and travel industry. - Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Doubleclick, Google Data Studio. - Knowledge of meta search.
