AI Video Production Specialist Overview:
PlanITROI is seeking an AI Video Production Specialist to transform transcripts, scripts, and educational concepts into engaging video content that explains complex IT life-cycle topics clearly and compellingly. This role will create a continuous stream of professional video content ranging from short clips to full descriptive videos for various social media platforms, webinars, landing pages, and educational resources. The goal is to build a large educational video library that helps prospects understand IT life-cycle services, data security, sustainability, and IT asset disposition while positioning PlanITROI as the most educational voice in the ITAD industry.

This role is remote and based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Storytelling:
- Transform transcripts, scripts, and raw story concepts from internal and client conversations into polished video content, including short-form clips, educational content, and longer-form storytelling videos that clearly communicate complex IT life-cycle topics.
- Develop visual narratives that simplify complex processes such as device life-cycle management, chain-of-custody, refurbishment, reuse, and data security through motion graphics, animated visuals, and illustration-driven storytelling.
- Convert real operational photos from PlanITROI facilities into engaging visual content using overlays, motion graphics, and animated sequences.
- Produce a range of video formats optimized for different use cases, including short social clips (15–60 seconds), educational content (2–5 minutes), and longer walk-through or case study videos (5–10 minutes).
- Leverage modern AI video production tools (avatar-based videos, voice-driven videos, AI-assisted animation, and generative video) to scale content creation while maintaining professional quality.
- Create and optimize video content for multi-channel distribution, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, X, Facebook, TikTok, email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and website resources.
- Contribute to and help scale PlanITROI’s long-term educational video library, covering industry insights, process education, sustainability, compliance, and thought leadership content.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas through video storytelling, narrative structure, pacing, and educational content design.
- Experience creating visual explanations using motion graphics, animated illustrations, or process-driven storytelling.
- Proficiency with modern AI video production tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, VideoGen, or similar), including avatar-based, AI-generated, and script/voice-to-video workflows.
- Experience with AI-driven, video editing, and content re-purposing tools (CapCut, Descript, OpusClip, VEED, or similar platforms).
- Strong video editing and motion design skills using professional tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Ability to independently translate ideas, transcripts, or concepts into polished, professional video content with minimal direction.
- Experience producing and optimizing content for multi-channel marketing environments, including social media, email, websites, and educational content libraries.
- C1-C2 English comprehension and communication skills to accurately interpret source material and develop clear, effective narratives.
