Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Build, configure, and maintain inbound & outbound integrations; Develop integrations using Workday Orchestrate; Work with Workday Web Services (WWS) and REST/SOAP APIs; Perform complex XSLT-based transformations; Develop EIBs, Core Connectors & custom integrations; Ensure secure data exchange using Workday security frameworks; Support real-time & batch integrations; Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues; Document integration design and technical specifications.Required Skills: 8+ years of Workday Integration experience; Strong hands-on with Workday Orchestrate & WWS; Experience with REST & SOAP APIs; Expertise in XSLT transformations; Knowledge of XML, JSON & data mapping; Strong debugging & problem-solving skills; Experience in integration monitoring & support.
