Design, develop, and maintain custom and scoped ServiceNow applications. Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across multiple ServiceNow modules. Build and support complex enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer components. Customize ServiceNow modules to meet evolving business requirements. Diagnose and resolve performance, configuration, and integration issues in production. Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration notes, and operational support artifacts. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, platform security, and governance standards.
