• Analyze & triage GitHub issues
• Set up repositories (Docker, environments)
• Evaluate unit test coverage & quality
• Run & modify real-world codebases
• Collaborate with researchers on LLM evaluation
• Lead junior engineers (optional)

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python
• Experience with Git, Docker & pipelines
• Ability to understand complex codebases
• Hands-on debugging & testing skills
