About the CompanyNitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.RoleWe are looking for an experienced DataOps Engineer for a long-term project. The customer is a company in California, an industry leader in the sale of tickets to events in Europe and the USA.We offer 100% remote, full-time workTasks:Support for data warehouses and ETL processesSupport for infrastructure and tools for developing and running ETL processesMonitoring the performance of infrastructure and services, optimizing performanceAnalysis of technical problems and participation in their solutionInteraction with a team from the USA (daily calls)RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark and Delta lakeAdvanced Python scripting and automation skillsExperience with AirflowExperience with Splunk or similar observability platformsCI/CD pipeline development skills and devops best practicesUnderstanding of distributed systems, data pipelines and cloud infrastructureExperience supporting enterprise databases (SQL server, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB)Strong spoken English (Intermediate level and higher)Working conditionsRemote workFull-time (8 hours/day)Attractive USD compensationPaid vacation, holidays
