🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a Startup / Cap Table Finance – AI Trainer to help train and refine next-generation financial AI systems using real-world startup data.
This role is ideal for finance professionals with hands-on experience in startup finance, cap tables, and financial modeling, who enjoy working with incomplete, messy, and real-life financial information — just like what you’d find inside early-stage and growth startups.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI understands and reasons about startup finance scenarios.
🧠 What You’ll Do
- Seed and review real-world spreadsheets and financial artifacts within AI training workflows
- Work with ambiguous, partial, and unstructured startup finance data
- Help structure and normalize cap tables, financial models, and startup finance inputs
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to startup and cap table finance
- Provide expert feedback on incomplete or evolving financial models
- Document edge cases and unique startup finance scenarios to improve AI learning
- Participate in iterative data seeding and model training cycles
- Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional, remote teams

- Proven experience in startup finance, cap tables, or financial modeling
- Strong comfort working with incomplete, messy, or evolving data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with real-world spreadsheets and finance-related data structures
- Ability to critically assess ambiguous information and define normalization steps
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
