Requirements and responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud, assess existing Data Center environments (projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, integrations), develop migration strategies, perform data cleanup, normalization, and validation, migrate projects, issues, workflows, users, dashboards, and configurations, identify and resolve compatibility gaps, coordinate UAT/validation cycles and rollback planning, ensure data integrity and security, and provide post-migration documentation and support.
