Role Overview
The Multimedia Graphic Designer (Illustrator and Premiere) will drive the design process from concept to execution, creating visuals for digital, print, web, and social platforms. Approximately 70% of the work focuses on graphic design and branding, while 30% involves light video editing for social media reels and motion graphics. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment, collaborates directly with clients, and contributes to a variety of projects, including brand identity, websites, social campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute design concepts for digital, print, web, and social media.
* Create and maintain brand guidelines, logos, and visual systems across multiple clients.
* Design print collateral, direct mail, billboards, infographics, and presentation decks.
* Support website design projects with a UI/UX focus in Figma, with no coding required.
* Design assets for digital campaigns, including ads, emails, and social media posts.
* Edit short-form video content such as social reels, promotional clips, and simple motion graphics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client-facing discussions when needed.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and quality.
Requirements
Must-Have
* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
* Figma experience for web and UI/UX design.
* Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
* Experience designing for multiple brands or agency environments.
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
* Ability to execute creative work independently and incorporate collaborative feedback.
Nice-to-Have
* Canva familiarity for quick-turn projects.
* Experience with simple motion graphics or advanced video editing.
* Comfort participating in client-facing calls.
* Background in presentation and pitch deck design.
