Job Title: Community & Social Media Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
Salary Range: 1800 - 2300 USD/month plus monthly performance bonus based on channel growth
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Community & Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our organic social presence, reputation channels, and community-driven programs. In this role, you’ll drive local engagement, amplify customer trust, and generate more booked jobs through content, reviews, and word-of-mouth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Social & Community
Manage the content calendar for trust-building posts (tips, customer stories, behind-the-scenes).
Actively engage in local Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, and similar forums.
Coordinate with paid social teams to repurpose organic and UGC content.
Reputation & Reviews
Run review generation campaigns with happy customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook).
Monitor how reputation impacts bookings and conversions.
Programs & Partnerships
Build referral and ambassador programs with customers and local influencers.
Collaborate with field staff to capture authentic, on-the-job content.
Reporting & Testing
Track booked jobs influenced by social/community efforts (via links, codes, etc.).
Test new formats, cadences, and review flows for performance improvements.
Qualifications:
5+ years managing organic social and/or community marketing.
Proven track record of driving real-world business outcomes through social and reputation efforts.
Strong copywriting and basic design instincts (Canva, CapCut).
Comfortable engaging with the public and handling community interactions with care.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in home services or other local service industries.
Familiarity with referral or ambassador program development.
Short-form video editing or production skills.
