Requirements and responsibilities

Location: Kuala Lumpur. Company: Global IT Solutions Company. Employment Type: Permanent Hire. Salary: Up to RM17,000 (for right aligned fit candidate). Eligibility (Priority): - Malaysians / locally based talent strongly preferred. - Open to expats already based in Malaysia with exceptional expertise. Role Overview: - We are looking for real hands-on engineers who can deliver end-to-end within sprint cycles. - This is for a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who can own technical delivery, drive quality execution, and operate confidently in Agile environments. Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service focus). - Build using C# / .NET with strong SQL Server. - Deliver integrations with third-party systems. - Participate in Agile/SCRUM (JIRA / Confluence). - Produce technical documentation (UML / specs). - Perform unit testing, code reviews, and sprint estimations. - Mentor junior developers and support delivery governance. Requirements: - 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. - Strong C# / .NET and SQL Server. - Integration project experience. - Agile/SCRUM exposure. - Ability to engage stakeholders / clients. Strong Advantage: - Banking/Financial Services domain. - CI/CD. - DevOps. - Docker/Kubernetes. - NoSQL. - React JS. - Azure platform.
