Responsibilities include: Act as technical product lead in the sales cycle: deliver demos, design solutions, and create documentation; Lead technical implementation and onboarding for new clients; Build and maintain technical resources including guides, demos, and FAQs; Manage RFPs, security reviews, and due diligence with internal teams; Provide ongoing client support: triage issues, debug, and meet SLAs; Conduct business reviews monitoring KPIs and suggesting optimizations; Partner with Product and Engineering on feature releases and client feedback
