This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling and ensuring a seamless experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Schedule patient appointments Handle cancellations and rescheduling in a timely manner Communicate with patients to confirm and coordinate appointments Maintain accurate scheduling records Provide administrative support to the clinical team Ensure a professional and positive patient experience Qualifications (Required): Experience working with US Medical Practice Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR Previous experience in medical scheduling, or medical administrative roles Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently with minimal supervision
