Requirements and responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate services and systems that serve thousands of users 24*7 in production applications • Design and develop common architectural patterns that have cross-team and cross-product dev impact • Work closely with Architecture, Operations, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure that you provide for the company’s short- and long-term goals • We would expect a technical passion in you to receive constant value add, be it specific to project you are part of or contribution to raising the technical benchmark of the company • You will be expected to consolidate the strong technical capability of the organization by constant learning and development, gaining more experience and reflection, and exhibit technical acumen in many ways • Facilitate collaboration with other platform engineers, product engineers, and cross-functional teams to solve interesting and challenging problems delivering value • Ensure our systems are future proof and ready to support the scale of our business • Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile environment • Be a good team player, a coder at heart, and problem solver in attitude • Be a leader of the Cloudbeds-wide backend developer community affecting and driving our architecture and the craft across the company.
