As a Field Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in onboarding and managing businesses that access our credit products. You will be responsible for growing your loan portfolio, maintaining profitability, and assessing businesses during their credit application. This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard viable businesses within the assigned geographical area - Engage customers to ensure optimal usage of accounts for credit qualification - Review and approve (or decline) loan requests by thoroughly analyzing available data - Conduct physical visitation to potential borrowers’ business places for evaluation - Meet gross loan portfolio targets and portfolio profit targets - Monitor active loan portfolio and ensure loan repayment performance - Perform all other credit-related functions as assigned by a supervisor
