What you'll doPlay a key leadership role in shaping Field’s product strategy and GTMLead, inspire, and grow a team of product leaders responsible for different capabilities and value streams within Kraken Field, setting standards and mentoring in a product-led cultureDefine and continually refine the platform vision, anticipating client needs and future-proofing functionalityEstablish and manage a strategic product roadmap and KPIs, prioritising features, enhancements, and fixes in collaboration with engineering, operations, client delivery, and customersPartner with senior stakeholders and clients to identify pain points and translate them into product opportunities, owning the end-to-end delivery cycleDefine, monitor, and analyse key metrics and performance indicators, using insights to guide iterative improvementsChampion product management excellence across Kraken Technologies, evangelising agile methodologies, user-centred design, and customer-first thinkingConduct market research, track trends in field service and energy technology, and embed learnings into future product innovationWhat you’ll haveProven track record in product leadership, ideally in Enterprise or B2B SaaS (experience in Field Services or Utilities strongly preferred)Strong strategic and vision-setting skills with the ability to align product direction to business goals and customer needsDeep familiarity with product management frameworks, agile development cycles, data-driven decision-making, and user-centred designExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate between technical and commercial audiencesComfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments such as start-ups or scale-upsCuriosity, empathy, and active listening skills, with the ability to gather insights from across the organisation to shape product directionFluency in English (additional European languages, e.g. French, German, Spanish, advantageous but not required)Knowledge or experience in energy utilities operations, EV deployments, heat pump servicing, smart meter logistics, or related domains - an advantageClosing descriptionKraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan and Australia.
