We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing project that is transforming access to medical services through intelligent automation. The client is a healthcare innovator focused on streamlining insurance processes and improving patient experiences across the U.S. through AI-driven technologies. In this role, you will lead a high-performance development team, contribute directly to both frontend and backend codebases, and play a key role in aligning technology with product goals. You will also act as Scrum Master, driving Agile practices and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: ● Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring code quality, scalable architecture, and best practices across the stack. ● Actively contribute as a Full Stack developer, working with React (frontend), C#/.NET (backend), and SQL(advanced queries). ● Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. ● Align development efforts with business objectives and client needs. ● Collaborate with architects, functional leads, and technical stakeholders to design sustainable, long-term solutions. ● Guide the team in adopting automation and clean code practices. Required qualifications: ● 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using C# and React. ● Advanced English Level ● Proven track record in technical leadership and/or as a Scrum Master. ● Strong frontend development skills with React, including SOLID principles, reusable architecture, and automated testing (unit and integration). ● Solid backend development experience using C# and .NET, applying scalable design patterns such as CQRS. ● Proficiency in Oracle and SQL databases: complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling. ● Hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
